On Friday, May 6th, Frances Hesselbein will receive the Best Practice Institute’s ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’. BPI credits Frances’ “courage and commitment to ethical leadership, diversity and cultural transformation” as the motivating factors behind this honor.
Best Practices Institute is an organization that focuses on creating a community of like-minded leaders who work to bring others good information about the best ways to manage an organization in any field. BPI produces webinars, online educational materials, and research publications, and also makes use of community thought leaders: people just like Frances Hesselbein.
Also being honored with this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award is Warner Burke, the Chair of Organization and Leadership at Teacher’s College.
Leader to Leader Institute is happy to share the news that our President is being recognized with another remarkable award for her achievements. Frances works unfailingly to spread her expertise in leadership and management practices; her contributions continue to shape the field. She will attend the award ceremony on May 6th at the New York Stock Exchange, hosted by Christine Tricoli, Vice President of Talent Management of NYSE Euronext and Senior Executive Board member.
